We have a host!

Dear Jeff,

I am now pleased to advise you that the hotel and tour manager/guide arrangements have been completed for the Young Harris College Choir upcoming tour.

Your Tour manager/Guide will be Ciarán Moss. Ciarán will be waiting for the group as soon as you come through customs and immigration at the arrival airport. He will be carrying a Casterbridge Tours sign and will have all of the necessary documentation and tickets for the tour.

Ciarán, although Irish by birth, lived in England for many years but has now moved to New Zealand. He graduated from one of our residential Tour Manager training courses in April, 2001, and since then he has guided over 50 of our groups. Ciarán has also worked as a freelance translator, as he is fluent in both French and Italian, speaks conversational Spanish and German in addition to holding the Associate Membership of the Institute of Linguists.

Without exception, Ciaran receives excellent evaluations from both the student and adult members of groups. In the words of one group leader: “Ciaran was great. The best guide I’ve ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable, but more importantly he relates well to young people…. He is also a first rate manager.”

I am sure he will prove a popular addition to the group.
